Aside this, the 2025 D’CEM Awards Governing Council Executive Members include:

Mr. RAW – Vice President. A renowned pioneer of Igbo rap and a celebrated cultural icon in the African music industry.

Chuks Omalicha – Executive Member. A prominent Nollywood star acclaimed for his contributions to new-generation African storytelling.
Dr. Queen Aftan – Executive Member. An American media personality and entrepreneurial trailblazer shaping voices in modern broadcasting.
