The Opening Ceremony of the convention held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at the prestigious Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos was graced by eminent personalities, including top government functionaries, traditional rulers, diplomatic representatives, development partners, women leaders, and senior police officers.
