President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s recent decision to decentralize the Nigerian College of Aviation have been applauded by Mr. Ayo Gbeleyi, CEO of AGIL Travels & Tourism.

 

The president move aims to establish six campuses across Nigeria’s geo-political zones.

 

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Nijatravels News , Mr Gbeleyi commended President Tinubu’s decision, stating it will enhance aviation training and accessibility for Nigerians.

 

 

When asked about the effectiveness of the move, he stressed the need for experienced leaders in key positions.

 

Regarding the establishment of a campus in Akure, Mr. Ayo Gbeleyi acknowledged that Lagos is more developed but saw the move as an opportunity to spread development to other regions.

 

President Tinubu’s decentralization of the Nigerian College of Aviation has been met with optimism by industry stakeholders. While challenges remain, the move is seen as a positive step towards enhancing aviation training and accessibility in Nigeria.
