Her Excellence Conference and Awards 2026 yesterday celebrated its 8th edition at Wells Carlton Hotels, Asokoro, Abuja, in commemoration of International Women’s Day.
This year’s event honored 50 Outstanding Women of Excellence, including Aare’birin Hon. Princess (Dr.) Folashade Olabanji-Oba, who was accompanied by friends and associates.
The conference, themed “Balance and Scales,” aimed to recognize women’s contributions to national development and societal advancement, while promoting gender balance, inclusion, and sustainable progress. The event featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, providing a platform for dialogue, empowerment, and legacy-building.
The awardees were selected for their exceptional leadership, innovation, resilience, and impact across diverse sectors in Nigeria and our own amiable principal and role model, Princess (Dr.) Folashade Olabanji-Oba was among the distinguished women recognized for her outstanding achievements.
