The Commissioner of Police hereby encourages Muslim Faithfuls and their well-wishers to go out and celebrate without fear or apprehension, as adequate security measures have been put in place across the state to guarantee the safety of residents and visitors. Citizens are encouraged to celebrate responsibly and to cooperate with law enforcement officers to maintain order.
