The wife of the late founder and General overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Mrs Evelyn Joshua has stated that the death of her husband did not come to her as a surprise.
She made this known when a delegate from the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, led by the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Mr Olanrewaju Anofiu Elegushi, paid the widow a condolence visit in her residence in Ikotun area of Lagos state.
Mrs Evelyn Joshua added that what happened to her husband was an act of God. The wife of the late Man of God and philanthropist appealed to Lagos state Governor to be actively involved in her husband’s burial which we be made public very soon.
The delegation led by the Lagos state Commissioner for Home Affairs offered prayers to the family of the deceased as they also presented a letter officially signed by the governor to the family and the church.
Pastor Temitope Balogun Joshua died on Saturday at the age of 57 years. He is survived by his lovely wife, Evelyn and three lovely children.
