A 25year old man has been reported stabbed to death by one Musa Zamanu on March 10, 2025. The incident occurred at about 7:00 a.m. in Bolaji Site, Abule Egba, Lagos. The victim, Mamud was stabbed with a knife on the left side of his stomach, and he bled profusely from the injury sustained which eventually led to his demise
When the Oko-Odo division received a report of the incident at about 9:00 a.m. the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) and his team of Policemen swiftly responded to the scene of the crime where they recovered the knife used in the attack and photographs of the deceased were taken.
According to report, the Lagos State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit evaluated the corpse, which was then deposited at the Mainland General Hospital Mortuary, Yaba, for autopsy and preservation.
The police have launched an investigation for further findings into the incident while the culprit is still in detention.
