During her welcome address, convener and CEO of Beady’s Word Production, Beady Nnana, highlighted that the Nigerian business spirit remains resilient despite economic uncertainties. She emphasized that embracing digital transformation, leveraging local resources, and purposeful collaboration can help businesses not just survive but thrive.

In a keynote address themed “THRIVING BEYOND ECONOMIC INSTABILITY “, the keynote speaker. Mr. Seye Olurotimi, a renowned business leader and founder of MSME Africa, noted that Nigeria’s 40 million Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute 50% to the country’s GDP and account for 80% of employment.

Empowering Nigeria’s Entrepreneurs Through Innovation and Recognition

Honourable Olugbenga Abdullah I, representative of Senator Anthony Adefuye. A distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, emphasized the importance of empowering entrepreneurs, stating that if every Nigerian household had one entrepreneur employing two to three people, unemployment would be eradicated, and Nigeria would be a global economic powerhouse.

He also cautioned SMEs against taking loans with interest rates above 9% and urged the government to create opportunities for them to thrive.

The summit featured a panel session, AI Advertising training delivered by Mr. Kingsley Ife. Engineer, Business Developer and AI content trainer.
